Mr. Arafeh is the General Manager of Cisco Systems for Jordan and Palestine. He holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an MBA from The American University in London. 

With 24 years of industry experience, Mr Arafeh leads Cisco’s efforts to transform the country into a knowledge society by providing thought leadership, deploying the state-of-the-art technologies, architectures and business solutions.
