Main Responsibilities:

- Building and Equipment Maintenance includes all items related to routine repair of buildings, Structures, and appurtenances, including normally recurring repairs and preventive Maintenance.
-Interior and exterior of buildings.
- Plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation.
- Electrical repairs of all types including primary and secondary systems, certain lamp replacements, and maintenance of outdoor lighting fixtures.
- Carpentry.
- Maintenance painting and glazing.
- Hardware, locks, keys, closers, and records for same.
- The Purchasing goods for buildings to support the building operations, services, and construction.
- Network with other businesspeople.
- Gathering information throughout the unique fields of the business.
- Keep up-to-date on changes in the industry.

Required Skills:

- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a service oriented attitude.
- Proven ability to multitask; strong organizational skills. 
- Excellent time management skills; can easily set priorities and handle unscheduled tasks when direct supervisor is not available.
- Problem solving skills, able to see through problems and suggest/offer positive solutions while maintaining a friendly attitude.

Career Level:
- 1-2 years experience in Electronics Engineering or related field.

Education:
- BS Computer Science or Computer Information System or any other related field.

Required Languages:

- Very Good command of English and Arabic.
