The Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan-int@j in partnership with Hay Group launched the Compensation and Benefits Report for the ICT Sector in Jordan in January 2012.

Therefore int@j in partnership with Hay Group is holding a seminar to discuss the importance of the study and share the survey outcomes which will take place on the 17th of January 2012 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel – Amman. The seminar will be attended by ICT companies and representatives from governmental entities.

The study aims at defining methods for evaluating accurate jobs in the IT and Telecom industry considering all related factors, and setting accurate results for salary scale in the ICT sector in Jordan, in addition to ranking and classifying ICT jobs in the sector.

A sample of 17 companies was surveyed in order to achieve the overall objectives of the study, the survey covers job categorization, leveling, classifications, evaluation, salaries, furthermore, the surveyed data was analyzed to formulate specific job titles, categories and levels in the sector.

The Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan is an ICT and ICTES industry-support association founded in 2000 with the aim of improving the dynamics of Jordan's ICT & ICTES markets and developing the Kingdom's ICT & ICTES related activities, and includes more than 210 local and global companies working in IT, Telecom, and IT enabled services (Outsourcing).
