The Information Technology Students Activity Fair was held under the Patronage of the Minister of Information and Communications Technology, and heads of information technology association in Jordan (int@j) and computer society in Jordan, and a distinguished delegation from the academic and public sectors who attended the opening of the fair with a significant presence of leaders of ICT in Jordan.

 

ESKADENIA Software participated in the ITSAF 2010 as a sponsor, and this participation come inline with ESKADENIA’s progress in the efforts put towards linking between the academia and the private ICT sector.

 

The Fair aims to offer a valuable opportunity to IT students, at all levels, to exhibit the projects which they had performed during their academic year, and the skills they gained, before IT professionals and experts. These projects were examined and evaluated by professional committee comprises employers and academic staff. The winners received valuable prizes offered by the sponsors and the supporting companies, including ESKADENIA Software.

About Information Technology Students Activity Fair (ITSAF)

 

The objectives of ITSAF are based on HM King Abdullah the Second's vision to enable Jordan to be one of the leading countries in IT development. This can take place by means of preparing young personnel who are equipped with modern and up-to-date technology. The Fair aims to offer a valuable opportunity for IT students, at all levels, to exhibit the projects which they had performed during the previous academic year, and the skills they gained, before IT professionals and experts, particularly the representatives of local and international companies. Accordingly, such an activity would connect the participating academic institutions, including the academic staff and students, with the IT industry in one hand, and create the spirit of competition among students and universities on the other. Furthermore, ITSA also includes seminars and an exhibition for IT companies.
